A. Online Coaching Programs (IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, TOEFL, Spoken English)

• Refunds are not applicable once a course has started or access to learning material has been granted.

• In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds will be processed after verification.

B. Digital Products

• Digital products (ebooks, downloadable content, test packages, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

C. Live Classes & Sessions

• Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds.

• If a session is canceled from our side, an alternative session or full refund may be offered.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Course enrollments can be canceled within 24 hours of payment if access to the course or material has not been provided.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Transaction fees (if any) deducted by payment gateways are non-refundable.

• Misunderstanding of course content, features, or level
